GOLFLAND IRELAND, cover artwork, print

This is the fabulous cover artwork from GOLFLAND IRELAND, minus the subtitle which, on the book, appears on the bottom left.

It is printed on Giclée Hahnemühle German Etching and looks fabulous. The illustration has been created digitally in the Oltomo studio. It's a composite of Irish landmarks and Irish golf scenes.

It features an approximation of Ireland's Eye offshore, the Burren too. There's an ancient standing stone and an Irish round tower. And of course the golf on show includes water in front of the green. For many years after the 1989 Ryder Cup, no new Irish course was complete without a water hazard on the final hole!
